Anuradha Sharma is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at IIIT-Delhi. She also served as the Founding Head of the Department of Mathematics at IIIT-Delhi. She received B.Sc. degree with Honours in Mathematics, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from Centre for Advanced Study in Mathematics, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India, in 2000, 2002, and 2006, respectively. She was awarded a University Gold Medal for standing first in M.Sc. Prior to joining IIIT Delhi, she has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at IIT Delhi for around five and a half years and as an Assistant Professor in the Centre for Advanced Study in Mathematics, Panjab University, Chandigarh for around three years. At IIT-Delhi, she received the Kusuma Outstanding Young Faculty Fellowship. She works in Algebraic Coding Theory. Her other research interests include Number Theory and Algebra. She has around 48 research publications in reputed international venues including but not limited to Finite Fields and Applications, Designs, Codes and Cryptography, IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, etc. She has also published a book entitled "Codes and Modular Forms: A Dictionary" jointly with Minjia Shi, YoungJu Choie and Patrick Solé. Her Erdős number is 3.

A paper entitled "Multi-twisted additive codes over finite fields are asymptotically good" with Sandeep Sharma is accepted for publication in Cryptography and Communications (2022).
Indo-Russian project titled "Classical and Quantum Error-Correcting Codes and Mathematics over Finite Fields for Smart Telecommunications" has been approved for funding by DST, India and RSF, Russia (Indian PI: Anuradha Sharma and Russian PI: Gleb Koshevoy, IITP, Moscow, Russia).
A paper entitled "Multi-twisted additive codes over finite fields with complementary duals" with Sandeep Sharma is accepted for publication in Problems of Information Transmission (2022).
