• First Position (in order of Merit) in M.Sc.-I & II in Panjab University, Chandigarh.

• Second Position (in order of Merit) in B.Sc.-I, II & III in Panjab University, Chandigarh.

• Recipient of the prestigious post-graduate Scholarship from National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM), India.

• Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) jointly conducted by Council of Scientific & Industrial Research-University Grants Commission (CSIR-UGC), India, in June 2002 and secured place among the top 20% JRF (NET) awardees in the subject of MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES (including Statistics).

• Awarded Kusuma Outstanding Young Faculty Fellowship at IIT Delhi (June 2011-May 2013).

• Shortlisted among the top 4 for NASI-SCOPUS Young Scientist awards 2011 (Mathematics).

• Awarded University Gold Medal for standing first in M.Sc.

• Awarded Hansraj Memorial Silver Medal for the best graduate student of M.Sc.

• Awarded Pt. Hem Raj Silver Medal for securing the first position in M.Sc. (Mathematics) final examination.

• Awarded Mohinder Pal Aggarwal Silver Medal by Panjab University, Chandigarh, for securing the second position in B.Sc.

• Best Poster Presentation Award in Indian Science Congress held at Panjab University, Chandigarh, from January 3 to January 7, 2004, in the section of Mathematical Sciences (including Statistics).

• Awarded Certificate of Appreciation on Republic Day 2004, by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. This national honour has been given in recognition of excellent academic performance in the M.Sc. Mathematics examination for the period 2000-2002.

• Award of Excellence for securing the second position in B.Sc. (across all the colleges affiliated with Panjab University) by the Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

• Awarded National Merit Scholarship for seven years after matriculation.

• Delivered an invited talk on National Mathematics Day 2023 in the School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi.
